Fallout: Crescent City
Aspect: New Life, New Eden!
Eden Isles is a medium-large town just across Eastern Lake Pontchartrain on I-10. It occupies mostly the prewar Slidell city limits. The town derives its name from a wealthy neighborhood originally named Eden Isles during the prewar period. Post war, it was populated by Enclave supporters who took its name as a sign that they had found the right place to settle and pave the way for the glorious rebirth of the nation under President John Henry Eden.
The town is something of an echo chamber where it concerns the true law of the land, and everyone there believes that The Enclave will make things right with President Eden at the helm. This had caused quite a lot of conflict at times with the more pragmatic independent city-state approach that most of Eden Isles’ neighbors have adopted. While Eden Isles believes in the cause of the Enclave, they have no real material support from them, and so an uneasy truce has settled between Eden Isles and its neighbors for the time being, if for no other reason than the fact that the city needs trade from its neighbors to feed its citizens.
